Every time I have gone into Parkway Honda they have treated me more like a valued friend than a customer. Heather in the service department always keeps me informed on what is going on with my truck and usually has it finished and ready for me long before I expect it. Bob in parts is always friendly and willing to give helpful and knowledgeable advice and recommendations. My wife bought a 2025 Passport from Shane and he ensured she was knowledgeable and left with no questions unanswered.
The technician who handles your service keeps you informed of progress, and condition of your vehicle. Just gives you a sense of security.

I took my Honda Ridgeline in for a timing belt replacement and a tune up. I dropped it off at 815. They were done before noon. Everything went very well and it runs better than ever as expected. They were generous enough to give me a loaner at no extra cost, which was fantastic because I live about 35 miles away and didn't want to sit around there all day.
